Overview

Panduit’s Global Systems Integrator Conference (GSIC) is an annual opportunity to present and discuss insights, expertise and solutions amongst business and technical decision makers.

Panduit wanted to showcase data centre energy management at their GSIC conference in Malta. Specific objectives included raising awareness of the European Union Data Centre Efficiency Directive, positioning Panduit as a proven leader in data centre energy efficiency and creating maximum attendee engagement.

Additionally, Panduit commissioned us to create content and a format that could scale beyond GSIC. Planned applications included the Panduit Customer Briefing Centre in London, internal sales team and channel partner usage and future lead generation campaigns and live events.

What we delivered?

For Panduit’s EMEA marketing team, we proposed and produced content and creative for a game show which we called ‘The Power Game’. The format involved two opposing invited teams on stage and a quiz master from Panduit’s senior management.

A light-hearted series of quiz rounds touched on the key features of the EU Directive, raised awareness of energy inefficiencies and positioned Panduit energy management solutions. Staging included bespoke podiums and digital scoreboards, backdrop graphics and a large screen video presentation with audio.

What did the campaign achieve?

Attendance to ‘The Power Game’ amongst GSIC delegates was optional but the show played to a capacity audience. Exit polls also showed a 100% satisfaction rating for the show.

We extended the thinking behind ‘The Power Game’ to create a comprehensive thought leadership campaign for delivery in the count-down to 2020.
