SoftServe wanted to establish an ‘owned IP’ thought leadership platform to support the digital business solutions portfolio and set the course for future digital engineering efforts. SoftServe approached The Rubicon Agency to build an authentic, portfolio-inclusive platform to drive market and partner development initiatives. With a long-term vision for deployment and success, the notion and supporting delivery framework would significantly guide marketing, business development and influencer relations for a considerable period.

What we delivered

Through a comprehensive set of discovery workshops and visioning exercises with the office of the CTO, The Rubicon Agency created the notion of Intelligent Digital Business (iDB). This together with a delivery framework, mobilisation model and market maturity model that reflects the post-digital transformation era for iDB formed the basis for a considerable enablement and outreach exercise to partners, influencers and marquee accounts. The was realised through a vision video, blog series, business briefing, infographics and social programme through corporate channels.

What did the campaign achieve?

The initiative is a bold step towards creating a unique conversation and voice for SoftServe that starts internally with externally-facing stakeholders. The platform has been validated by commentators and analysts and now a comprehensive programme of establishment, education, and activation campaigns are being planned to fanfare the theme over the next couple of years.
