AT&T & Microsoft

Overview

The rules of work have changed significantly over the past few years. Workers are now more transient and reliant on technology that’s available and user friendly, regardless of location or device. However mobile UC was traditionally a clunky experience with multiple devices, contact numbers and applications required to access collaboration platforms. This friction had been driving the industry to develop an integrated solution.

AT&T approached The Rubicon Agency to launch with Microsoft, their new Cloud Voice with Microsoft Teams Phone which provided crystal clear voice connectivity with a native UC experience all from a single mobile device. By illustrating how this solution can revolutionise the workforce, a series of high level assets were produced to demonstrate the art of possible for WFH and remote employees. In addition to arming their sellers with dedicated plays and customer presentations, they were also able to inspire greater sales confidence and accelerate customer conversations and purchase decisions.

To act as a mouthpiece for the launch, we also created a number of thought leadership executive blogs that were posted to peers, followers and industry networks, amplifying the proposition and positioning AT&T as a pioneer in the space.
