Overview

The Cisco Black Belt Academy and partner support programme has changed the game for channel businesses. With an elevated focus on architectures, technology strategies and structured pathways to revenue, the approach has created significant practice-building capabilities and preference within sellers.

But, partner success doesn’t happen overnight. The key business challenge was around how to continue to motivate sales, business development, engineering and business leadership personas to maintain momentum beyond the early days and throughout the whole programme.

What we delivered

The Rubicon Agency was approached to develop a toolkit of practical, influential assets that could be used to maintain mindshare and assert completion with on-boarded partners.

Against a complex message structure created to map intents, motions, values and rewards for multiple personas across multiple technology domains, The Rubicon Agency produced a series of motivational emails, social posts, vision videos and feature content that was targeted at in-mode partners. These assets were localised for the specific needs of Cisco regions.

What did the campaign achieve?

The toolkit made a valuable contribution in achieving an up-tick in partner engagement, commitment and stage completion across regions and personas.
