Cox2M is the commercial Internet of Things (IoT) business line within Cox Communications. The mission is to unleash the true potential of a connected world by enabling complete asset tracking and monitoring solutions; giving businesses and communities the data and tools they need to improve processes, realize operational efficiencies, and deliver better experiences to customers and residents.

The challenge for Cox2M was that three of their technology solutions had transformation potential but, were expressed and positioned in a sub-optimum manner. Additionally, as a start-up, the business had very little marketing and sales collateral to promote their portfolio.

What we delivered

The Rubicon Agency was approached to develop new message, brand and proposition structures to elevate, simplify and integrate the plays across their three key markets. Also, we were tasked with developing explainer videos, web pages, case studies, introduction presentations and an interactive demo experience to enhance and extend the impact of the salesforce.

What did the campaign achieve?

The marketing elevation has improved the direct selling potential of the Cox2M salesforce, but additionally the new tools and resources are being implemented enthusiastically by a number of the Cox2M ecosystem selling partners.
