With deep relationships and credibility in development and engineering leadership teams, SoftServe wanted to create a sustainable community platform for showcasing thought leadership notions, progressive solutions and technology luminaries from their business. The intention was to create a programme of high-touch, executive events that would appeal to digital-savvy executives beyond classic engineering functions – around business domains such as data, cloud, transformation and innovation.

What we delivered

Around the innovation-oriented brand of iD8, The Rubicon Agency created a programme identity, launch marketing and event registration toolkits to drive executive engagement across global accounts. In addition, the event format and construct was conceived as a highly-interactive, digital experience that would provide a channel for crowdsourced insights and anecdotes. Also, the intention was to use the programme to validate corporate assumptions and instincts.

What did the campaign achieve?

Stewarded by expert facilitators, the launch event proved extremely successful with over 100 accepted executive registrations, high exit scores and newly forged relationships. Perhaps more tellingly, SoftServe leadership recognised the considerable value, intimacy and perceptions that iD8 could achieve and have increased the commitment to the programme’s longevity and contribution to marketing success. Additionally, the event series has been recognised as a valuable tool for co-investment by SoftServe business partners.
