RAISING AWARENESS AND DEMAND FOR A BEST PRACTICE PORTFOLIO

Diverse Talent Accelerators offers a portfolio of tried and tested practices and processes that Cisco’s Office of Inclusion and Collaboration want to share with the widest possible audience.
When Cisco asked us to help market the portfolio, the aim was to communicate value to executives, managers and employees within Cisco and its partner ecosystem. While the portfolio had been born in Cisco, it needed to have its own identity and proposition.
The portfolio addresses common challenges with solutions that can inform strategy, accelerate recruitment and enhance candidate selection. For recruiters and candidates, it takes advantage of real-time business intelligence, geo data and interactive guidance to match the best people with the best opportunities
WHAT DID WE DELIVER?
After recommending a more consistent approach to naming the individual modules, we created a distinctive visual style for Diverse Talent Accelerators with a clear proposition for each module. This included segmented messaging for Executive Leaders, HR Leaders, People Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Employees.
The suite of marketing assets included an introductory presentation, website and infographic. Additionally, we created a short explainer video to create initial awareness among Cisco stakeholders in HR and drive interest to the various marketing assets for further information and to encourage use of the solutions. The second phase involved roll-out to the wider Cisco audience.
WHAT DID THE CAMPAIGN ACHIEVE?
The launch campaign achieved significant internal global take-up, with many executive requests for assisted implementation. The launch proved demand and delivery capabilities to build the case for external launch and availability.
