Of course, Inclusion and Diversity benefits from continual awareness and education amongst stakeholders and beneficiaries. Whilst it’s a very big subject, Cisco recognised the need for a succinct communication piece to convey their leadership approach whilst engaging, educating and inspiring a wide-ranging internal and external audience.



What we delivered?

We wrote and produced a short video to be used at key events and within internal and external communications. This was supported by an interactive and static infographic which presented more detailed information on the trends, drivers and challenges for Inclusion and Diversity. For the infographic, we researched, compiled, wrote and edited content to complement the direction of the video.

What did the campaign achieve?

The programme assets have been enthusiastically received within Cisco in the US and integrated within recruitment and training initiatives with a view to further roll-out.
