Overview

With a desire for greater workforce transparency, many leading employers have recognised the need to monitor worker sentiment and perceptions. They have turned to platforms that improve their digital engagement – surfacing many things, including discontent, business innovation and opportunity, and sometimes malpractice.

WorkBuzz is a leading vendor in this segment with a particular strength in highly mobile, and often deskless workforces. The business models of these organisations make it harder to capture and record these viewpoints – and yet many more businesses are going this way with hybrid working.

What we delivered

The Rubicon Agency was approached to address and appeal to businesses with these ‘Everyday Heroes’. This shorthand refers to the often unsung, un-noticed and under-represented voices within the business that know where there’s efficiency – and ‘banana skins’.

The Rubicon Agency was tasked with a brand elevation that included visual and verbal brand expression elements – with an objective of creating greater empathy with specific target sectors and personas.

Using ‘Everyday Heroes’ as a proxy for high-performing relationships between employer and employee, The Rubicon Agency created a messaging and visual framework to apply to key assets – including the website, social channels and product collateral.

What did the campaign achieve?

At a time of investor fundraising, the brand elevation raised the game of the business with a strong, market-facing message that flexed the company difference and asserted the product focus. The business was able to extend the relevance and impact of the technology significantly.
