Overview

Employee engagement has risen-up the business agenda in recent years – partly a result of the pandemic, but accelerated by a shortage of talent and pressure on staff retention as a result of increased living costs.

WorkBuzz has been at the forefront of this shift with employee listening platform solutions that allow HR managers to understand the true sentiment of the workforce. Survey exercises at onboarding, exit and everything in-between allows HR functions to gather deep insights into the whole employee lifecycle.

These insights can be used to modify practices, processes and operations. And in the right hands with the right models, they can affect significant corporate change and optimisation. New marketing leadership at WorkBuzz wanted to elevate the pitch of the solutions – looking to appeal to stakeholders seeking HR tech solutions to address specific business challenges.

What we delivered

Working closely with the business, The Rubicon Agency created persona messaging and creative propositions to address 4 key use cases: enhancing talent acquisition, increasing talent retention, boosting I&D, and improving performance.

Creating stories and positioning capabilities around these use cases allowed WorkBuzz to elevate conversations beyond the features and functionality of the platform – and create narratives around HR themes like culture, safe workplaces, hybrid working, innovation, best practice HR etc.

To reflect the new positioning, The Rubicon Agency created a series of infographics, vision video, teaser and trailers and customer pitch deck for use across sales enablement, remarketing and customer engagement initiatives.

What did the campaign achieve?

The aspirational and emotion-teasing productions landed with leadership, customers and advocates alike. They elegantly created a higher plain of dialogue and business relevance of the WorkBuzz platform – and received good reception in events and campaigns.
